The 12-week online body love makeover for women who are ready to stop hating their bodies, so they can unleash their inner badass and start living beyond the numbers on their scales.

Imagine if the numbers on your scale, the size of your jeans, or the circumference of your thighs couldn’t hold you back from:

  • Buying those leather pants because you think they’re rad.
  • Going on a beach vacation and rocking your bikini because who cares?
  • Asking your partner for help with the chores because you don’t settle for putting yourself last anymore.
  • Signing up for a 5K and being ok with coming in last place because it’s something you always wanted to try.
  • Skipping the gym to watch The Bachelor and eat Oreos because you need some couch time.
  • Getting it on — lights and all — because it makes you feel like a sexy beast.
  • Asking for a raise because you kick some serious ass at your job.
  • Posting an unfiltered photo on Instagram because you simply don’t care about what other people think.
  • Trying stand-up-paddle-boarding because you’re comfortable rocking your uncool and uncoordinated self.
  • Taking that hiking trip you’ve been dreaming about for years because life is way too short to wait until you’re in “good enough shape.”

And what if you could get off the sidelines of life TODAY, not -20 lbs from now?

Just think: The way you feel about yourself wouldn’t be measured by some bullshit, inconsequential number or “ideal”.

The word “fat” wouldn’t be attached to feelings of shame, despair, disrespect, or disgust.

And your “perfect body” would be the one you’re in RIGHT NOW and actually feel grateful for. (Even on the crappiest of days.)

Because the truth is: You already ARE that strong, badass woman you want to be. You just need to coax her out to play, and Rock Your Body can show you how.

If you could stop having “I hate my body” days…would you?

What if you could feel like this instead?

Show me some jazz hands if you’re SO over feeling like:

  • You’re a failure, not confident, unattractive or unlovable. Because all you see on buses, Instagram feeds, TV and Oxygen magazine covers is size twos with doll tits, Pantene commercial hair and shellac manis who look like they walked off the set of Entourage.
  • You can’t break the attachment and longing for your former “before” body. You’re ready to move the hell on from thinking “if only I could go back to that time when I was thinner, I promise I’ll appreciate it!” F that noise.
  • You don’t like the way you look. You’re ready for the mirror-avoiding, tummy-pinching, photo-untagging, shame-spiraling and perfection-chasing to END already.
  • You let other people’s opinions and your weight dictate every aspect of your life. How does your shitty scale get to measure your self-worth, since when does your body define WHO you are, and why is anyone’s opinion of you allowed to matter?
  • Nothing you do is ever good enough. Because apparently if you reach society’s “ideal”, your house will one-up Martha Stewart, Channing Tatum will realize you’re his soulmate, people will mistake you for Gisele when you’re running errands, you’ll never feel unhappy or insecure again, and you’ll be doing money-throws on yachts with Rihanna.

If this sounds like you, you’re not alone!

I’ve seen way too many women fall victim to the belief that being smaller, punishing, restricting and depriving ourselves will lead to self-worth and fulfillment.

We believe in the fantasy that our lives would be better if we just weighed less.

We get hooked on chasing that bangin’ bod we think will solve all our problems.

But believe it or not, body shame has NOTHING to do with our bodies and everything to do with what’s going on inside our head.

And this is exactly why I created Rock Your Body. So you can live a life that doesn’t revolve around your body, and experience the freedom of being your unapologetic self no matter what you look like.

“For the first time in my life, I’m happy and living again – hiking, wearing a bikini, going out with friends and wearing exercise pants. The ugly person inside of me has been purged.”

Celeste

“Rock Your Body encouraged me peel back the layers and challenge the causes behind my crappy body image. It helped me embrace who I really am and start to believe I’m enough, just as I am, in this body, right now. That nagging inner critic has been turned right down, this process has been transformational.

Chloe

Inside Rock Your Body you’ll learn how to…

    • Quit hating your body, so you can make mental space for a life of play, passion, and purpose.
    • Feel comfortable in your own skin, so you feel complete and worthy no matter what size you are.
    • Stop comparing yourself to other women, so you can appreciate body diversity (including your own), and quit feeling less than every other woman in the room.
    • Overcome your fear of weight gain, so you’re no longer hinging your self-worth on conditional crap you can’t control, because the reality is, your body is going to change over time — and it deserves your love through thick and thin.
    • Figure out who you really are and what makes you so incredible (hint: SO MANY THINGS) now that you’re no longer defined by dieting or your weight.
    • Master the art of not giving a fuck, because life’s too short to let other people’s opinions rob you of what you want.
    • Reframe self-care, so that it feels easy and words like “motivation” and “I should” are a thing of the past.
    • Accept yourself in pictures and wink at your reflection in the mirror even on meh or not-so-good days, because you are SO MUCH MORE than your body.

“Rock Your Body changed my life. The class took me on a journey towards a life of really living in and loving my body. I feel freaking awesome! I don’t want to sound cliche but I feel free! So much of my mental real-estate and life is freed up because I’ve learned how to live life in the present. I’ve learned how to love and care for my body in a way that works for ME and I’ve learned to grant myself the permission to be the only expert that I care about in terms of any and all types of self care. Summer was an amazing coach, and example of what is possible for woman who want to lead a life of joy, authenticity, and peace!”

Erin

“Rock Your Body is a life changing program. Summer is a great coach who helps you get unstuck. I am in a much healthier mindset about myself, my body, food, and my whole life, than I have ever been in before.”

BRIDGE_LAUGH_EDITED
If we haven’t already met, I’m Summer Innanen, a professionally trained coach specializing in body image, self-worth and confidence. I’m the Bestselling Author of Body Image Remix and creator and host of Fearless Rebelle Radio.

I work with women who are done with letting the scale dictate how they feel about themselves.

The only problem is you feel uncomfortable in your body and long to be thinner. You’re constantly comparing yourself to other women and you let other people’s judgments dictate your mood and actions.

Girl, I know exactly how this feels and that’s why I created Rock Your Body.

Rock Your Body is a one-of-a-kind experience, like nothing else out there. This isn’t like other group programs where you are left to DIY everything on your own. I personally get to know each of my Rockstars to ensure that you’re getting exactly what you need to stop hating your body.

I’ve created a step-by-step way of building up self-worth beyond your jean size and since you get lifetime access to the program, you’ll be able to shake that self-hate off your shoulders and experience the freedom to wear what you want, do what you want and say what you want.

I’ve learned that loving your body, being comfortable in your skin, and being the badass woman you always wanted to be is really about how you see yourself.

It’s about OWNING all of it — imperfections, uncoolness, whatever makes you YOU.

So if you’re ready to smash your scale and discover the badass you, then let’s do this, rockstar!

I am purely enjoying life now! I can’t thank you enough for all the inspiration you’ve given me! It’s after 10+ years of being so hard on myself that it finally clicked!”

Emily

“The biggest thing that I’ve noticed about how I feel about my body is that I honestly rarely think about my body anymore. It’s kind of become a non-issue, which I never would have believed at the beginning of the program. There are other things I would now rather focus on than how my body looks. I thought it was only going to target my food and body issues but it went much deeper than that. I had a lot of other issues that were presenting themselves as food and body issues and this program really showed me how to get to the REAL issue.”

Jackie

“Before the Rock Your Body program, my relationship with my body was horrible. You’ve given me the tools to live my life the way I’ve always wanted. I feel like a HUGE weight has lifted…And now I have more time to work on my goals and live the life that I have always wanted. I have more willpower and brain space to work towards building the life of my dreams now that I am not obsessing about my body. I have no idea what will happen in the future, but every day I feel more alive and closer to the life I’ve always wanted…I still have bad days but I now have the tools to work with to get through them without self hatred and sabotage.”

Mia K

“Rock Your Body has changed how I look at my body, but more importantly, how I look at my life. I no longer let guilt or shame rule my decisions. That is the ultimate freedom.”

Emillea

“Rock your body is simply awesome, and Summer is a total badass. Before I started this program I was so focused on losing weight that I was putting everything in my life off until I was thinner. Since starting the program I’ve made so much progress with looking at myself and others without judgment. This isn’t just a program for your body but for every part of your life, once you have even a little confidence you can move forward and make changes in all aspects. 12 weeks isn’t really enough to change everything but that’s okay because Rock Your Body gives you support forever.”

Cate

“I encourage everyone with poor body image to join this program. It has been so wonderful to have Summer’s support to make changes that have given me more freedom to enjoy life now instead of remaining a slave to negative thoughts and feelings around my body and food. Thank you Summer, you rock!”

Natalie

This program is NOT meant for you if…

You’re seeking advice around food. This program is not about what you eat or how you eat. It’s about changing your relationship to your body, and to yourself. Because really, your body image issues have nothing to do with the number on the scale and everything to do with your mindset.

You want to size-two your way through life and lose weight. This isn’t a weight loss program. This is a total body image makeover, so you can feel like a rockstar in your body.

You have an eating disorder or are looking for therapy. If you have an eating disorder, you need to work with an eating disorder specialist. Also, I don’t tap into your inner child or do any of that Dr. Phil stuff. I’m a coach, not a therapist, so I’m only here to help you move forward, not look back.

This program IS for you if you’re ready to…

  • Cultivate unconditional self-love and compassion for yourself.
  • Take an inside out approach to loving your body.
  • Forgive yourself and others for all the negativity of your past.
  • Accept that you’re made of good, meh, and not-so-good parts — it’s what makes you human.
  • Understand that it won’t be a quick hop from hate to love, and are willing to take each small step with courage and compassion.
  • Show up as your uncool, imperfect self, so you can stop hiding behind the numbers.
  • Recognize that not everyone will like you, and that’s ok.
  • See “fat” and “thin” as neutral descriptors instead of feelings.
  • Accept that all bodies are good bodies — yours included!
  • Be MORE than your jean size. (Because who wants a tombstone that reads: “All she wanted was J-Lo’s ass”?)
  • See self-care, gratitude, play, and living with purpose as the foundations of self-worth.
  • Get curious about your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, but don’t let them own you.
  • OWN your shit though.
  • And be unapologetically you.

My Personal “You’ll Rock This” Guarantee

I’m so confident that this program will utterly transform the way you relate to your body and inspire you to unleash the badass woman within, that if it doesn’t? I’ll give you your money back. Every last cent.

Here’s how it works: If after the first 4 weeks, you’re just not feeling it and you don’t think this program was meant for you, then I’m happy to fork over a full refund. Simple as that. All you’ve got to do is show me that you’ve attended all our classes and completed your journal exercises and weekly missions, so I know that you were fully invested in the program and doing your part, too.

Because I stand behind the value of this program, I want to sledgehammer any hesitations or concerns you may be having and make it easy for you to say yes to this opportunity. That way, there’s literally no risk in you giving yourself a chance to unconditionally love your body. Sound like a deal?

Still got Qs? Then I’ve got As…

I’m too broken and I don’t think this will work.

You are NOT broken and we’re not going to be fixing you. We’re going to be getting you in touch with that badass part of yourself that existed when you were born and slowly hid over the years. I have the upmost confidence that she will rise to the surface. But, you need to have hope and determination to make this happen. And if you’re in need of some more inspiration, here are some of the stories from women who have done the program and in their words, “if they can do it, so can you.”

I’m not sure it’s the right time.

Let me ask you: Will it ever be the “right” time? Probably not. We all have a natural resistance to change, lurking inside us, but you’ve already taken the first step by reading this far. Once you’ve made the commitment, we’ll take it one day at a time, and I’ll be here for you every step of the way. You deserve to do something for your happiness NOW…and let’s face it, you don’t want to be a 65-year-old woman still fretting about your weight, right? You’re gonna be the queen of the bocce ball tournament!

I can’t afford this.

Think back to all of the money you’ve spent doing the following: buying supplements and superfoods ($9 for a bottle of coconut aminos?!?), recipe books, self-help books, fitness classes, trainers, gadgets to help you lose weight, detoxes, cleanses, cellulite cream, Shakeology (WTF is that anyways?!) and other diet programs.

Add it up. How much have you spent?

Now think about all the time you spend thinking about the following: negative things about your body, how much you should eat or what you should eat, whether you deserve to eat something, guilt over eating something. How much is that time is that and how much is that worth to you?

Most of my clients have spent thousands of dollars on these types of things (and I know that I did!) only to be left feeling like a failure. I can help you achieve freedom from dieting and body woes so you never spend another penny on that crap again. More importantly, you’ll gain that mental space back so you can start focusing on doing the things you’ve been putting on hold until you dropped 6 sizes.

I have an eating disorder. Would this program work for me?

While I do work with women who have had an eating disorder in the past, if you have a diagnosed eating disorder, you must work with or consult a qualified eating disorder professional before embarking on this program.

Is this program a weight loss program?

Hell no. Your desire to lose weight is likely one of the reasons you’ve been hammering yourself with guilt and having a meltdown every time you see a picture of yourself. So, I encourage you to drop that goal at the door because that fearless badass women you want to be is in your body right now. Loosening up on your desire to lose weight in favor of more meaningful changes — like feeling frickin’ awesome when you’re out for a night on the town, loving how you feel when you go dress shopping, and chasing your dreams instead of training your waist — is imperative to loving who you are today.

What are your qualifications?

I’m a professionally trained coach through the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and have completed The Playing Big Facilitator’s Training by one of my shero’s, Tara Mohr. My area of expertise is in body image and self-worth and I’ve helped hundreds of women overcome self-doubt to be the most badass version of themselves.

So how is this different from your 21 Step Body Image Remix program?

My 21 step program is more about quick and practical kickstart missions for changing the way you feel about your body. While we also cover this in Rock Your Body, we’re going to be doing the deeper work to remove the distraction of body shame strengthen your self-worth. How? By identifying and sledgehammering the beliefs that are leading to you feeling insecure and vulnerable about your body, or like you need validation or permission to be who you are. Also, in Rock Your Body, you get personalized coaching from me in the group calls and access to me via the Facebook group, so there’s way more support available to you, and that’ll mean a bigger transformation!

I don’t want to deal with the touchy-feeling stuff. Will this program be hard to complete?

Peeling back the layers of your body issues might be hard. Trust me…back in the day, I would have much rather cut carbs than feel hard feelings! But, if you really want to change (and I’m assuming if you’ve read this far, you do), you need to address it. But remember, I’m here to make the process as painless and easy as possible. We’ll do it in a way that is enlightening and doing it with the group makes it that much easier because you’ll quickly see that you are human and not alone!

How much time will this require every week?

You’ll need about an hour every week to review the concepts in each module and complete your homework. You’ll also need an hour for the coaching calls and any additional time that you want to contribute to the online community. The great thing is that you can complete this program at your own pace, so if you miss a week or fall behind, you can pick up exactly where you left off. There are also 2 implementation weeks built in to give you extra time to absorb the info.

I don’t have time to commit to this.

I know how busy life is, but if you really want to get off this cycle, then you’ve got to make time to do it. Nobody else is going to do it for you. And remember, since you’ll have lifetime access to the program, you can do it at your own pace and pick it back up any time if “life happens”.
